The other night my 13 year old daughter asked me something that just shocked me, after finding out that she had been at the mall after I told she could not go, I told her that she was grounded she then asked me if i could just give her a spanking instead. I quickly responed with no and sent her to her room. Later though i went up to talk to her about it and she said that she would learn her lesson better if I spanked her, and that she did not think she should have to pay the consequences for two week for something as little has she did. I told her that she would still be grounded this time, but I would consider spanking in the future. So I guess my question is do you think I am wrong to even consider it, or should i just see what happens. Thanks for any help.
