I found a great cheesecake on the internet. It has 4 carbs and is great. I am currently baking one right now. Set oven at 375. Mix 2 cups of sour cream, 32 oz. (4 packages) of Cream Cheese, 1 1/2 cups Splenda, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, and 5 eggs. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend room temperature ingredients together and pour in a springform pan. Bake for one hour. Super stuff! Good luck with low carb dieting. It works if you stick with it.
