Pumpkin Cookie Recipe

1 c. Shortening
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can pumpkin
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. Flour
12 oz chocolate chips
2 tsp. cloves

Mix shortening and sugar together then add the eggs, alternate flour mixture and pumpkin till all mixed together, add chocolate chips bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes
