LuAnn's Heath Bars

In a sauce pan:

Melt 2 sticks of butter
Add: 1 cup sugar, bring to a boil
Line an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet with saltines.
Pour the butter/sugar mixture over the layer of crackers. Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover with 1 pkg. milk chocolate chips, spreading as they melt.
Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes. Break apart.
