Candied Carrots
3 lbs of carrots peeled and sliced (in food processor)
1/2 cup of butter
3 cups of sugar
1 cup orange juice
Melt butter and add sugar and carrots.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium/low.
Cook until almost all the juice has
evaporated.
Turn heat off, and add orange juice. Serve warm.
You have to try these for xmas...it goes great with turkey or ham.
