Pasta & Peppers

3-4 green peppers chopped
1 medium onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups broth
3 pkgs gravy mix
1/2 stick butter
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
parmesan cheese

Saute onions & garlic in butter and olive oil until onions are transparent.
Add green peppers, broth and gravy mix.
Simmer 20 minutes.

Cook 1lb of pasta
In large bowl toss pasta and pepper mixture and top with parmesan cheese
