Pecan Tassies
Crust
1 cup butter
6 oz. cream cheese
2 cups flour
combine and divide into 4 parts. Make 12 balls of each part.
Filling
1/2 cup of butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups of pecan chopped
1 cup of dates (1/2 pound)
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix the filling ingredients well.
Fill each cup cake tart with a ball of the crust.
Make a cup cake holder out of each ball by pressing the middle of the ball with a press or your thumb!
Fill each cup cake crust with the filling.
Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes.
