Chocolate Gravy

2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup chocolate
2 Tbls. Flour
1/4 Cup Hot water
1 1/2 Cup milk

Make this like any other kind of gravy, my aunt served it over a biscuit for me for breakfast.
