Salsa Dip
- melt 1/2 stick of velveeta cheese
- mix in 1 can of rotel diced tomatoes and chiles (actually, lots of companies make this combo now) or buy a can of chopped tomatoes and a small can of chopped green chiles
Leave in fondue pot, over a low flame; or in small crockpot on low
Serve with tortilla chips
