Home Made Salsa
- 4 big tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 fresh jalapeno (2 if you want it spicy-hot)
- fresh cilantro (about 7 or 8 stems)
- 1 lemon
- salt to taste
Skin the tomatoes by dipping them briefly in boiling water (this makes the skin to come out really easy).
Chop them.
Chop the onion, jalapeno, and the cilantro and add to the tomatoes.
Add the juice of the lemon, and salt.
