Mushroom Spinach Appetizer

Take large mushroom caps and saute in butter (marg.)
Thaw a pkg. of Stouffers Spinach Souffle.
Stuff mushrooms w/ spinach souffle.
Sprinkle w/ cheese or bread crumbs and bake.
