Cream Cheese Bacon Appetizers
- One bag white bread
- one 8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
- Chives
- 1 lbs bacon
- Wooden toothpicks
Mix Cream Cheese and chives to taste (enough to add color)
Trim crust off of bread
Spread mixture on trimmed bread to 1/4" of edge
Wrap bread corner to corner and wrap one slice bacon around and secure with toothpick
Bake at 350 for at least 20 minutes or until golden brown
The Bacon tightens around the bread a pushes the Cream Cheese mix out (a little) and makes a great pickup!
Can be prepared early and reheated in minutes
