German Cheesecake
- 2 already made graham cracker crusts
- 4 pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 16 oz. of sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of almond extract
- 1 tablespoon of orange juice
With a mixer blend together softened cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, almond extract, and orange juice. The last three ingredients you can go by taste till you get the desired flavor. Then fill pie crust with the cheesecake filling. Put in oven for 30 minutes or until firm depending on your oven. Set oven at 350. This makes 2 pies, of 8 average slices in each pie.
