Kahlua Fudge Cake

Betty Crocker Supermoist Chocolate Fudge cake mix
2 12oz bags chocolate chips (semi sweet)
pint sour cream
1/3 cup Kahlua
3/4 cup oil
4 large eggs
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

Cake

Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour baking pan
Combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs, kahlua and oil, mix
Fold in one bag of chocolate Chips
Pour in pan
Bake approx 35 minutes…until knife comes out clean, let cool
After cake has cooled, brush top and sides with Kahlua

Icing
In small saucepan on med/low heat pour about 6 oz of heavy whipping cream.
Cook down to 1/3 or 1/2 (about 5 minutes) stirring often. Do not scald
Add almost all of choc chips (about 3/4 bag)
Lower heat
stir constantly until smooth
this will be like a chocolate glaze
Frost cake
