Catalina Chicken

Take 2 packages of chicken pieces or chicken quarters and take the skin off of them, rinse them, and put them into a baking pan.

Pour a quarter of bottle of Catalina Dressing over the chicken.

Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then top with another quarter of the dressing.

Bake for another 1/2 hour and then coat with the additional dressing

Heat until dressing is warm and serve.

We have also used the dressing as a BBQ baste for the chicken when we BBQ.
