Sour Cream Potatoes
- 6-8 large potatoes - peeled, cut into cubes and boiled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Philly cream cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1/2 cup milk
mix all together like mashed potatoes
put in oven safe bowl
sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top
put lid on cook for about 1 hour at 325 F
