Cream of Broccoli Soup
- Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 or 2 small diced potato
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can of milk
- dash nutmeg
Cook broccoli, simmer onion and potato in chicken broth.
Drain Broccoli and add to chicken broth. Mash a little
either by hand or mixer. Add cream of celery soup and
can of milk. stir until reheated. Add dash of nutmeg.
You may also add a Tablespoon of Butter.
