Houston Meat and Cheese Pie

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 TBLS flour
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup swiss cheese, grated
1/3 cup sliced green onions
salt and pepper to taste
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Brown meat in medium skillet and set aside. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and flour until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese onion salt and pepper. Turn mixture into unbaked pastry shell bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. This freezes well if you have leftovers.
