Chicken Pot Pie
- 1 cup cooked chicken cut up
- 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or canned)
- 1/2 -1 cup diced cooked potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
mix all in a 9 inch pie plate
mix 1 cup bisquick with 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk
pour over pie plate
bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown
