Peppered Pork Roast
- 1 pork roast (any size and cut, but tenderloin is best for this one!)
- coarse black pepper or cracked pepper
coat the roast well with the pepper
place in pan for cooking.
add approximately 1/2-1 cup water.
bake at 275 until done (3-6 hours)
this makes it tender and juicy and awesome!
slice thin.
make gravy with juices if you like (it will be spicey hot because of the pepper though!)
