Garlic Fried Chicken
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 2 teas. garlic puree
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Mix all the above ingredient together. Cut a chicken into serving pieces and marinate it in the egg mixture several hours or overnight in a china or glass bowl.
Rework marinade into chicken and roll in seasoned flour. Fry in shortening on low heat until brown and crisp, about 30 minutes.
