Rhonda's "Grandma's Favorite" Meat Loaf
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground lean pork
- 2 cups bread crumbs (dry)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 tbsp minced onion (in the spice section)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
Mix everything together and put into a greased loaf pan. Bake it at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from pan. It can be served hot or cold. If you like a ketchup topping, pour 3 tbsp of ketchup on loaf before you bake it.
