The GREATEST Candied Yam Recipe EVER
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 5 (red) yams
- 1/2 box of brown sugar
- 1 bag of marshmallows
Boil Yams until easily pierced with fork, and clean
(either before or after).
In a saucepan melt the butter. Add brown sugar,
when it is melted add marshmallows and melt.
Arrange sliced yams (1x1 inch) in a casserole
baking dish. Pour marshmallow mixture over the
yams.
