Coconut Cream Pie
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups of milk
After this is all mixed, cook in the microwave for approximately 8 minutes or till thick, stirring occasionally.
then add:
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup coconut
then pour in pie shell. If you want you can beat the egg whites & put on top & sprinkle coconut on top & bake till golden brown or use cool whip with coconut on top and put in fridge.
