PHILLY 3-Step Fruit Topped Cheesecake
- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. PHILLY Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 oz. or 9-inch)
- 2 cups fruit (your choice)
MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on med. until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended.
POUR into crust.
BAKE at 350 F. for 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Regrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with fruit.
