Kalynbea's Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
- 1 cup Peanut Butter (crunchy for nuts, creamy without)
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 LB bag powdered sugar
Melt in 8x8 glass brownie pan on high for 2 minutes in microwave.
Stir into pan 1 tsp vanilla, and a pound to 2lbs. of pwdered sugar. Sugar is what sets fudge. So, if your fudge is still runny or sticky add more powdered sugar.
If you want your fudge cold instead of warm chill to desired coolness. Fudge will stir to readiness. Serve as desired.
This is really a quick fix. Its my number dish to take to dinners and people think I slaved. This one is really easy, but watch out it's rich!
