Pork Roast With Gravy
- 1 pork roast
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Pour Worcestershire sauce over roast and spread garlic evenly over surface.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees
(about 2 to 2 1/2 hours).
For gravy, remove roast from pan and pour all
drippings into a saucepan. Add soup to drippings and heat until bubbly.
