Marinaded Vegetable Salad
- 1 can French Style green beans (drained)
- 1 can Shoepeg corn (drained)
- 1 can LeSueur peas (drained)
- 1 med. size jar chopped pimentoes (drained)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped onion
sauce:
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup (I only use 1/2 cup) sugar
- 1 Tbsp. water
Bring to a boil and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate. Better if made the day before.
