Ranch Style Baked Beans
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2--1 lb cans pork and beans
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1--1 lb can kidney beans, drained
- 1 Cup catsup
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet, melt butter or margarine and brown meat. Stir in soup mix, beans, catsup, water, mustard, and vinegar. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole or bean pot. Bake 30-45 minutes until hot and bubbly. Makes 8-10 servings.
