ConnieM's Chicken Salad
This is from a Diabetic cookbook but my family loves it!
- 2 cup diced, cooked chicken (8 oz)
- 1 cup diced celeary
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup canned unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. mayo
combine all ingredients. Chill Serve on lettuce cups
4 servings - 236 calories ea
1 veg; 1 meat/ 1 fat/ 1 fruit
