Spanish Coffee Cake
Mix together:
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Add:
3/4 cup corn oil
Mix well.
Topping:
Remove 3/4 cup of above mixture and to this add:
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
Set aside.
Mix well:
Rest of mixture
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Pour into greased 9x13" pan or two greased round cake pans. Sprinkle topping on top.
