SQUASH CASSEROLE
- 4 cups mashed cooked squash
- 1 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 cups bread crumbs
- medium onions, chopped
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 or 4 beaten eggs
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole baking dish. Bake uncovered in a 350-degree oven for 40 - 50 minutes.
