GLAZED CARROTS
- 20 carrots, cut in 2-inch lengths
- 12 Tbls butter
- 6 Tbls brown sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Minced parsley
Cook carrots and drain. Melt butter in heavy pan. Add sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and carrots and mix. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley on top before serving.
