Side Dishes


HASH BROWN POTATOES CASSEROLE

  • 1 - 2 lb pkg. frozen Hash Browns (thawed)
  • 16 oz container of sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Topping:

  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1 stick butter (melted)

Mix in a large bowl, hash browns, sour cream, soup, onions and cheese. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix butter and corn flakes -- sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
