BUTTERED SQUASH CASSEROLE - BY FOOFEE
- 1 Hubbard or Butternut Squash, peeled and cubed
- Evaporated Milk
- Butter
- Sugar
Peel and cut squash into cubes. Place them in a baking dish. Cover with sugar (about 1 cup). Add evaporated milk to cover, top with 1 stick of butter. Bake at 350 for an hour, or until a light golden-brown crust forms and the squash is very tender.
