DANISH STUFFING
- 3 cups chopped apples
- 7 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 cup seedless raisins
- 2 Tbl butter
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup chicken bouillon or water
Combine all ingredients gently until well blended. Stuff bird or bake separately in greased pan at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Stuffing may be prepared ahead and frozen. This will stuff a 12-lb. turkey.
