Stuffings


POTATO STUFFING

  • 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 stalk diced celery
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbls. Celery salt
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 1 cup sausage meat
  • 1 teaspoon dry English mustard
  • 1/2 cup stale bread crumbs (or dry bread crumbs)

Mix together and stuff in bird. If cooking separately, bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes, covered.
