POTATO STUFFING
- 2 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 1 stalk diced celery
- 1 minced onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbls. Celery salt
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 1 cup sausage meat
- 1 teaspoon dry English mustard
- 1/2 cup stale bread crumbs (or dry bread crumbs)
Mix together and stuff in bird. If cooking separately, bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes, covered.
