RAISIN SAUCE FOR BAKED HAM
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 or 2 Tbls. Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 Tbls. Powdered mustard
- Pinch of: mace, nutmeg and cinnamon
- 1 cup seedless raisins
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
Mix dry ingredients, add raisins, vinegar and water. Cook to a syrup. P our over sliced ham. Place in 300 degree oven for about 10 minutes and serve.
