Webring Help


Downloading graphic:
All you need to do is right click on the graphic and click "Save Picture As" if your using IE, or "Save Image As" if your using Netscape. This will open up a window. Click on the arrow where is says "Save In" and find the folder you want to download the graphic into. Do not change the name of the graphic unless you know how to change the name of the graphic in the webring html code.

Uploading graphic:
The graphic must be uploaded to your server. If you have to place your graphics in a different folder then your html pages, look for this in the webring html code: <!---You might have to enter where your graphic directory is here---> <!--after the img src= ------> <img onerror="this.onerror=null;this.src='/spacer.gif';" SRC="funring.gif" WIDTH="300" HEIGHT="110" BORDER=0 ALT="Visit Famlies United on the Net - The F.U.N. Place!"></A> Where is says <img onerror="this.onerror=null;this.src='/spacer.gif';" SRC="funring.gif"> you would have to put in where your graphics are stored. For example, if your graphics are stored in an art folder, you might have to put in:
<img onerror="this.onerror=null;this.src='/spacer.gif';" SRC="art/funring.gif"> If the graphic is not showing up on your page, you might have to put the full URL of your homepage. Like this: <img onerror="this.onerror=null;this.src='/spacer.gif';" SRC="http://www.wherever.com/funring.gif">


Webring Html Code
The webring html code that you receive when you join the webring is your personalized code. You should not change anything in the code. If you do your webring will not work. You will have two chances to copy the code, when you join the ring and when you receive the email with your site info.

If at any time you need a new html code you can go to the "Edit Site Info" to get a new html code that is all set up for your page.
